Senior User Experience Designer

6 month contract to hire & onsite 3 days per week. As a Design Engineer (AI-Powered Front-End), you'll work alongside our product, design, and engineering teams to not only create user-friendly digital experiences for our security solutions but also to directly translate those designs into functional, high-quality front-end code for Mobile and Web Applications. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI-powered design-to-code tools, contribute to our existing design system, and build interactive interfaces. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong UX foundation who is eager to grow their front-end development skills, embrace AI-driven workflows, contribute to a collaborative team, and help deliver exceptional digital experiences and robust code.What You'll Do:Develop and refine clear user maps and user flows in collaboration with key stakeholders while advocating for user needs, experience strategy, and product outcomes for Mobile and Web Applications.Design and iterate on user interfaces for Mobile and Web Applications using our existing design system and Figma.What You Need to Succeed4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables for Mobile and Web Applications.2-4 years working specifically on design systems.1-2 years in a senior or lead role on a design system team.Proficiency in Figma with a deep understanding of design systems.Fluent in iOS and HIG; familiarity with Liquid Glass and Material 3 design systems.Design Ops / Design System (required) responsibilities:Own and support layouts, design patterns, flows, components, and design tokens within the system.Write clear documentation and guidance to make complex concepts digestible for designers and engineers.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure tokens and components translate effectively into code.Drive adoption and consistency across products through proactive advocacy and hands-on support of the design system.
