Recruiter - Financial Services - Boston, MAWe are seeking candidates for a Recruiter position with a highly successful financial services firm located in Boston, MA. The Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring across multiple business units and will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders. This role will focus heavily on high-volume, entry-level recruiting within financial services, including campus and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 yrs of recruiting coordination experience, the ability to manage systems and processes efficiently, and a proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline development.This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $28-30/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position offers a hybrid work model, onsite 3-4 days per week in their Boston office. Responsibilities:Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, with a focus on recruiting coordination and administrative activitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles, with an emphasis on entry-level hiringExecute internal recruiting efforts, including internal mobility campaignsParticipate in campus recruiting and community hiring eventsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high level of accuracy and compliance with EEO standardsUtilize targeted sourcing strategies, including social media and resume databases, to identify and engage candidatesPartner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support broader recruiting initiatives and best practicesEnsure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment processQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-3 years of recruiting experience within financial services, either in a corporate or agency settingExperience supporting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinationPrior experience with campus or community-based recruiting requiredProven ability to source passive candidates using social media and recruiting toolsExperience working with applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft or Oracle Taleo preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting toolsKnowledge of behavioral interviewing techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Olivia at ociviello@.
