SHR Talent is partnering with a leading SaaS-based benefits administration and enrollment solutions client in Dallas or Houston, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina in its search for a Regional Vice President of Sales. This organization is a best-in-class provider of benefits communications, enrollment services, and Human Resources outsourcing solutions, delivering innovative technology that enables enterprise employers to streamline benefits administration, improve employee engagement, and reduce administrative burden without major infrastructure changes.The Regional Vice President of Sales is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for driving new business development across a defined multi-state territory. The Regional Vice President of Sales position focuses on building and expanding strategic relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and carrier partners while leading consultative sales efforts with enterprise-level clients. Operating within an entrepreneurial, remote-first culture, this individual will play a critical role in expanding market share, generating pipeline, and closing complex SaaS and Human Resources technology deals.The Regional Vice President of Sales role offers significant visibility and influence, with direct collaboration alongside executive leadership and internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the broker and consultant ecosystem, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and deep knowledge of benefits administration platforms and enrollment solutions.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new client acquisition and revenue growthBuild, manage, and expand relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and carrier partnersGenerate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, broker engagement, and industry networkingLead product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations to enterprise-level clientMeet and exceed annual revenue targets while collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferredRelevant industry certifications or licenses in insurance or employee benefits, preferred5+ years of experience in benefits administration, insurance, or Human Resources technology sales with proven success selling through broker or consultant channelsProficiency with CRM systems , Microsoft Office Suite, and experience selling benefits administration, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or SaaS platformsStrong consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation skills with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset and ability to thrive in a remote environment
