TA SpecialistSchedule: Monday-Friday OnsiteDepartment: Human Resources / Talent AcquisitionFLSA Status: Non-ExemptEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Ontario, CASalary Range: $26.00 to $36.00 per hourWe are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a fast-paced, high-volume full-cycle recruitment desk. This role requires advanced sourcing expertise in iCIMS ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing tools, and CRM systems, as well as a full range of talent acquisition techniques.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner directly with hiring managers and TA Managers to execute strategic recruitment plans that meet both current and future workforce needs. The role requires advanced skills in candidate sourcing, passive talent engagement, Boolean search, talent pipeline development, recruitment marketing, and employer branding to attract top clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate is a results-oriented "hunter" who thrives in a dynamic, metrics-driven, and fast-paced healthcare recruitment environment.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positionsUtilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and track engagementSource and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing tools, Boolean search, and passive sourcing techniquesScreen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications, licensure, certifications, and cultural fitCoordinate and track interviews between candidates and hiring managersPartner with hiring managers and TA Manager to achieve recruitment goalsMaintain recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, candidate pipeline health, and requisition statusPromote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiativesRequired qualifications:High school diploma/GED, required. Experience developing and negotiating job offers.Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skillsPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related fieldTwo years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
