This role involves working across multiple modules or subsystems, participating in design discussions, and ensuring seamless integration between software and system components.Design, develop, and implement software applications based on business and technical requirementsPerform software testing, including system testing, bug verification, release testing, and beta supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate system performance, interface requirements, and overall solution architectureParticipate in design meetings and contribute to the development of system and application architectureAnalyze software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraintsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects identified during testing and productionPrepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systemsSupport software deployment, installation, and maintenance activitiesProvide technical guidance and may serve as a project architect on assigned initiativesConsult with internal stakeholders to ensure applications meet business needs and performance expectationsPrepare Documentation required for productsQualificationsRequired QualificationsExperience developing applications using PowerShell, C#, and PythonStrong understanding of software development methodologies and best practicesExperience with full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deploymentAbility to perform complex system and software testing, including release and beta supportAbility to work across multiple systems, modules, and technical environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise-level environments, ideally within insurance or financial servicesFamiliarity with performance optimization and system integration best practicesFamiliar with Modern Source code management, ci/cd practices, and working in a team environmentBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
