Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager Location: Englewood, CO Pay Range: $110K-$115K Salary Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k). Hybrid flexibility.Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged on the search for an Accounts Payable Manager for our client located in Englewood, CO. Our client is a rapidly growing organization within the fitness and wellness industry, and due to continued growth and organizational expansion, they are looking to add a strong Accounts Payable Manager to their accounting team. This position will report directly to the Controller and oversee the day-to-day AP operations while helping lead process improvements and team development long-term.The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the AP function, managing vendor relationships, supervising AP staff, and ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and reconciliations. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to interview and begin shortly after the hiring process concludes.Accounts Payable Manager Responsibilities:Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process and ensure accuracy of the AP subledgerSupervise and mentor the AP Processor and AP Specialist team membersCoordinate timely payment of vendor invoices and employee expense reports in alignment with weekly payment schedules and cash flow prioritiesProcess oversight of approximately 2,000-3,000 invoices monthlyManage AP accruals and reconciliations to the general ledgerReview and maintain vendor relationships while resolving escalated issues and inquiriesMonitor and respond to AP inquiries inbox requests while ensuring service level expectations are metAdminister and maintain AP systems including SAP ConcurIdentify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficienciesOrder and maintain corporate credit cardsEnsure compliance with 1099 reporting requirements and supporting documentationPartner with Accounting leadership on month-end close activities and expense classificationsEstablish KPIs, accountability standards, and workload prioritization for the AP teamPerform other duties as assignedAccounts Payable Manager Qualifications:5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with prior supervisory or management experience requiredStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals including debits and creditsExperience working in a high-volume AP environmentTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processesStrong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environmentExperience with SAP Concur, or Great Plains is preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferredIf you or anybody that you know are qualified and interested, please apply ASAP!Brilliant Staffing, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
