CNC Machinist $24-$30/hr DOE plus shift differential!This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Machinist for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $24-$30/hr DOE plus shift differential! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:The CNC Machinist oversees the complete production process for parts made on CNC mills and lathes, from initial setup through final inspection. This hands-on role involves setting tooling, loading raw materials, and making real-time G-code adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy parts, and the skill to troubleshoot mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes throughout the full production cycle, from initial machine setup through final inspection.Prepare tooling, load raw materials, and make real-time program adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances and production quality.Run multiple machines efficiently while meeting production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Perform accurate machine and tool setups using technical documentation and established procedures.Complete 1st-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauges, and CMM equipment.Enter production data and track job progress using JobBoss and other digital systems.Carry out routine operator-level preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and uptime.Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime and protect part quality.Perform de-burring and minor rework on parts to ensure final finishing standards are met.Recommend process improvements that support efficiency, consistency, and overall shop performance.Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work area.Follow all PAC safety standards and company policies to support a safe, zero-accident workplace.Location: Grand Rapids, MSchedule/Shift Details: Multiple shifts available!Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AMFriday-Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PMFriday-Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AMOvertime as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes in a precision machining environment.Strong understanding of machining center fundamentals, including X, Y, and Z-axis orientation, edge pickup, and centerline pickup procedures.Advanced metrology skills with the ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and CMM equipment.Strong blueprint reading skills with full understanding of GD&T standards.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in support of continuous improvement and customer requirements.Working knowledge of industrial math and basic computer applications, including Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office.Ability to meet ITAR eligibility requirements for handling sensitive controlled data and materials.High school diploma or GED required.Physical RequirementsMust be able to visually inspect precision parts and identify small defects in accordance with AS 9100 standards.Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials and tooling weighing up to 50 pounds.Must be able to stand for most of the shift, approximately 95% of working time.Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, twisting, bending, and grasping in a shop environment.Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionPTO
