A collaborative team of accountable professionals, ML Realty Partners has a platform that will continue to strive to exceed team members' expectations, both in growth opportunities and in recognition of performance.We are actively seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to provide corporate and property level marketing support for the company's industrial real estate portfolio in Chicago and Dallas. The candidate should be detail-oriented with effective communication skills. Responsibilities includeCorporate level marketing and branding including press releases, coordinating ad campaigns, and event coordination.Manage company website and digital content.Collaborate with asset management and leasing teams on property level marketing materials and quarterly space availabilities.Administer promotional items for company events.Create annual marketing budget and report monthly on actual and forecasted expenses.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate or related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.Proficient in Adobe InDesign.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power Bi and Tableau preferred.Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way, and prioritize multiple tasks.Benefits and RequirementsFor this role, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, 401k match, disability benefits, wellness and education benefits, vacation, holidays, and more.Completion of a satisfactory background check is required before employment agreement can be madeHiring Salary Range of: $75K/yr - $100K/yr.
