The RoleSenior Estimator who can lead hard-bid and negotiated pursuits from concept through GMP. You'll own the full estimating process "” quantity takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, scope review, and final bid assembly. You'll also mentor junior estimators and help build systems as the department scales. This is a department-leadership-track role, not a seat where you churn bids until you burn out.
