Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role with a hybrid workstyle. Workday experience required.The Senior Application Support Engineer ensures stability, performance, and availability of production systems and data pipelines. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, software development teams, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage production incidents, and implement operational improvements across supported platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and support production systems, integrations, and data pipelinesTroubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across enterprise platformsManage and resolve incidents using ITIL based practices, lead root cause analysis when neededSupport user access, provisioning, and platform administrationPartner with development teams, business analysts and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvementsRequired5-7 years of experience in application or production support within enterprise environmentsProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performing team settingsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on complex system issuesExperience managing incidents end-to-end and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teamsHands-on experience with Supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM
