The platform is already in real-world clinical use, and the engineering team is now scaling core systems to support growing adoption, data volumes, and product scope.This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to own backend architecture and operate with real autonomy in a high-impact, technically rigorous environment.As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll take ownership of backend systems that underpin data-heavy, production-grade products used in real healthcare settings.
