Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients through phone, email, and digital communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and follow-up activitiesHandle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product or service information to potential customersBuild and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clientsPrepare quotes and proposals tailored to customer needsKeep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within internal systemsWork cross-functionally with other teams to support a seamless customer experienceManage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle to closeConsistently meet or exceed established sales goalsMaintain a current understanding of offerings, pricing, and promotionsWhat We're Looking ForA bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredMust have 1-3 years of relevant sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with CRM platforms and standard office softwareKnowledge of NetSuite is preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative mindset with a high level of integrity
