Job Title: HR Generalist IIIPay Rate: 38.00/hr -42.00/hr.Address: 1 Community Circle, New Albany OH 43054-7303Role ResponsibilitiesOwn entire HR operations for the siteHandle all employee relations issues end-to-endSupport career development, leadership development, and talent managementOperate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentTravel required to sister sitesHighly client-facing role within a secure, active worksiteIdeal BackgroundStrong preference for:ManufacturingWarehouse / distributionSupply chain / logistics / transportationConstruction environmentsWill consider:Healthcare (hospital, rehab, long-term care) due to compliance exposureNeeds someone aligned to environment to avoid culture shockKey HR CompetenciesTalent strategy & workforce planningChange managementRecruiting strategyPerformance managementSuccession planningWorkplace wellness initiativesCareer & leadership developmentAbility to provide data-driven insights to improve business outcomesWhat you'll do on a typical day:• Work closely with the operations team and provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements• Keep management and operations apprised of internal and external HR developments that may impact overall effectiveness• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience• Assist supervisors with performance management, including delivering disciplinary action for hourly employees• Maintain personnel files and training materials, ensuring documents and manuals are kept current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company policies and government regulationsRequirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)• Professional HR certification• Bilingual English/Spanish• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
