Warehouse Manager

WAREHOUSE MANAGER:Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in eCommerce and Amazon fulfillment environments, and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).This role is responsible for ensuring for maintaining a P&L, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returnsLead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountabilityMaintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts using D365 or similar ERP/WMS systemsCoordinate fulfillment activities for Amazon, eCommerce, and other sales channelsMonitor shipping performance, carrier relationships, and order accuracy metricsDevelop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practicesCollaborate with operations, customer service, purchasing, and logistics teamsAnalyze operational KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadershipManage warehouse equipment, organization, and facility maintenance needsQUALIFICATIONS:Required5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experienceExperience with eCommerce fulfillment operationsFamiliarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, FBM, or related Amazon logistics processesExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systemsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with inventory management and operational reportingPreferredExperience in high-volume distribution or omnichannel environmentsKnowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA complianceForklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationExperience implementing process improvements or warehouse optimization initiativesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periodsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) planCareer growth opportunitiesScheduleFull-timeMonday-FridayOccasional overtime or weekend support as neededPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your warehouse and eCommerce experience.
