Senior IT Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an Senior IT Support Specialist (End User Services) for a contract position with a client located in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate must have strong experience supporting end-user technologies including VDI environments, ServiceNow, and enterprise hardware. This role will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure systems while ensuring a high-quality user experience. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, AV systems, and authentication.
