About Rallee GummiesRallee is matcha-derived caffeine in gummy form. Smarter, cleaner energy for the people who don't have time for a 3PM coffee run and don't want to crash from one. Built by a founder who couldn't find an energy product she wanted to put in her body, so she made it. Rallee is designed for long workdays, early workouts, late nights, and everything in between.We have thousands of daily users, subscribers and are growing fast. Four full-time, founder-led, selling D2C through our website, launching on Amazon, and expanding into retail. D2C is roughly 60% of the business today, and that's the engine this role gets to scale.Why this role exists right nowRallee's D2C engine is working. But it's running on founder bandwidth and a Meta agency, with everything else either unowned or partially built. We don't need someone to keep things running. We need someone to take the engine apart, find what's leaking, and rebuild it to scale.You're inheriting a brand that's already working: strong repeat purchase rate, retail momentum, a founder with conviction. Your job is to compound it.What you'll ownOwn D2C performance end-to-end. Conversion rate, AOV, and revenue across the full engine: Shopify website, paid, email. You're the person who looks at a flat week and knows where to dig. You set strategy, make the calls, and translate what's working into sharp creative direction for the team and our agency.Quarterback the Meta agency. Set direction, pressure-test their work, and tell us honestly whether they're earning their fee. If you'd rather bring Meta in-house over time, we're open to it. But you have to be able to lead the work either way.Own Amazon end-to-end. Amazon is launching, but it needs an owner. You'll take over from day one "” driving optimization, performance, and the relationship with our internal Amazon team. Listings, ads, storefront, conversion. You make Amazon work.Own TikTok Shop, email, and SEO. Affiliate outreach (including AI tools like Cruva and Euka AI), Klaviyo flows and campaigns, on-site SEO, and conversion optimization. These are yours to build.Growth reporting & decision making. You will build and maintain a KPI dashboard that gives us a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what needs to happen next. This role is not about reporting numbers for the sake of reporting. It is about turning data into decisions.What good looks like, early and long-termIn your first 30 days:Full audit across every D2C channel. You can tell us where the leaks are and where the easy wins are.KPI dashboard live. You're already reporting against the metrics we agreed on, plus the ones you think we should be tracking.By 60 days:Creative tests are producing real signal. You're feeding learnings to the Meta agency and our creative team.Amazon listings, storefront, and ads are live or ready to launch. Amazon ads are live with a read on early performance.By 90 days:Conversion rate and AOV are meaningfully up. Step-change improvements, not 3% lifts.You're proactively bringing the founder sharp ideas about products, formats, and offers. You're not waiting to be asked.What we're looking forMust-haves4+ years in performance marketing or growth, with deep, hands-on Meta ads experience. Enough to lead an agency, read their work critically, and push back when they're wrong.You've run the D2C stack: Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop. Not managed someone who has.Strong analytical instincts and comfort working in dashboards, reports, and raw performance data. Strong understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and retention. You've been a builder. You've taken at least one channel or growth function from zero or near-zero and made it work, ideally at a consumer brand (consumables, CPG, food/bev, or wellness preferred).How you thinkAnalytical. You live in the numbers.Creative-aware. You can tell why an ad works, even if you didn't make it.Systems thinker. Channels aren't separate to you.Fast iterator. You ship, learn, ship again.Nice-to-havesYou've worked at a larger consumer brand before this and want to bring those learnings to an earlier-stage company.Based on the East Coast (Miami is a bonus, not required).This role is not for you if...You want a Head of Marketing title on day one. This role earns that. It doesn't start there.You're either a pure strategist who won't get hands-on, or a pure operator who won't think above the channel. This role needs both.You need a large team, fixed processes, and months to make decisions.How we workYou'll work directly with Georgia (founder) and our creative team (2+ others). No middle layer between you and decisions. We move on Slack and quick calls, set our own deadlines, hit them, and flag early when something's slipping. We ship before we polish.Compensation and logisticsBase: $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.OTE: $130,000+ realistic for someone who hits performance targets, through commission tied to direct D2C sales.Equity: Vested equity available for the right candidate, depending on level and scope.Location: Remote.
