Segrera Associates is recruiting a Director of Revenue Cycle Management on behalf of a rapidly growing healthcare organization with operations spanning 80+ treatment centers across the US. This highly visible leadership role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations across a large multi-site healthcare platform.The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to driving operational performance, reimbursement optimization, and scalable process improvement within a fast-growing environment.This position is based in the Orlando, FL area and operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site / 2 days remote). Essential Job Functions:Provide strategic leadership across the organization's full revenue cycle operation with a focus on process optimization, reimbursement performance, and operational scalability.Drive improvements related to billing workflows, collections performance, denial management, cash flow, and revenue integrity initiatives.Partner closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to enhance financial performance and support continued organizational growth.Analyze reporting metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and reduce revenue leakage.Lead and mentor a large revenue cycle team within a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.Support process improvement initiatives and help establish best practices across revenue cycle operations.Serve as a key resource for escalated payer, reimbursement, and operational issues requiring cross-functional collaboration.Ensure revenue cycle processes align with healthcare compliance standards and payer requirements.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented culture across the department.Education & Experience Requirements:Proven leadership experience within healthcare revenue cycle operations required.Strong understanding of medical billing, reimbursement processes, payer relations, and healthcare revenue cycle best practices.Experience overseeing large teams within complex healthcare organizations strongly preferred.Background supporting multi-site healthcare operations and high-volume environments highly desired.Behavioral health industry exposure is a plus.Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced growth environment.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities strongly preferred.
