DevSecOps Engineering Change Manager

On behalf of our manufacturing industry client, Dice Talent Solutions is seeking a DevSecOps Engineering Change Manager to partner with our client's application development teams, consolidate source control and CI/CD onto GitHub, and embed secure SDLC into every pipeline.The primary focus of this position is to help consolidate and standardize engineering/security practices across fragmented systems and development teams. The successful candidate will have experience improving workflows, driving adoption of new processes and enabling software development teams by speaking their language.This role has direct executive support from Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Applications leadership. The right candidate is passionate about Secure by Design, firm on CI/CD discipline, and energized by the work of bringing a large, multi-platform engineering estate into a single modern workflow.This is a full-time (direct hire) position that works 100% on-site in Cleveland, OH.Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to work on our client's W2 (annual salary + benefits package).No visa sponsorship or transfers are available. No 3rd party Corp to Corp inquiries will be considered.Summary of Responsibilities Consolidate source control and CI/CD onto GitHub.Partner with application development teams to migrate repositories, and set the standards, branching strategy, and governance that make the consolidation durableChampion Secure SDLC.Integrate SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secret detection, and code scanning into every pipeline, drive adoption, not just deploymentBuild the automation and the platformDesign CI/CD pipelines using GitHub ActionsAuthor build and deployment automation in NodeJS and C#. Administer DevOps infrastructure, container registries, and cloud platform servicesCoach developers and build the paved roadCreate the templates and reusable patterns that make secure-by-default the easy path. Go hands-on where it accelerates the changeProgram goal in year one (1) is consolidation and Secure SDLC foundation.Year two (2) and beyond, the scope expands to include a voice in AI/ML pipeline security as Cleveland-Cliffs' AI footprint grows.Other duties as assigned.Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience6+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineeringHands-on experience with repository and CI/CD platform consolidations or migrationsStrong scripting and programming skills in NodeJS and C# (Python also valuedDeep proficiency with Git, GitHub, and GitHub ActionsExperience integrating SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secret detection into CI/CD pipelinesWorking knowledge of containerization and a major cloud platform (Azure preferred)Other duties as assignedMust be able to work full-time onsiteApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
