Project Manager Mid | Utility Infrastructure ProjectsWe're seeking a Project Manager Mid to support large-scale utility infrastructure initiatives focused on substation and transmission projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading cross-functional teams through complex engineering projects.This onsite role is based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and offers long-term contract potential with strong extension and conversion opportunities.What You'll Do:Lead utility infrastructure projects from initiation through completionManage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executionSupport large load substation and transmission initiativesIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issuesCommunicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate project meetings and drive accountability across teamsMaintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updatesBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and external partnersSupport continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesWhat You Bring:5-10 years of project management experienceStrong technical or engineering backgroundUtility industry project management experience preferredExperience with substation and/or transmission projectsPMP Certification requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Project ManagementStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities with urgency and motivationExperience working in collaborative, team-oriented environmentsProficiency with project management tools and softwareTop performers in this role are proactive leaders who can balance technical understanding with strong project execution while maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders.Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 (Onsite)Pay: $55 - $60/hour.Interview Process: In-person interviews requiredIf you have an interest in the Project Manager Mid, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
