Business System Analyst - Oracle Cloud

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a client's Oracle Cloud Finance environment, with a focus on core financial operations. This role is critical to supporting day-to-day finance functions, alleviating bandwidth constraints within a lean team, and ensuring stability and efficiency across financial systems. This is a highly operational, hands-on role supporting ongoing finance activities and partnering closely with functional stakeholders and system users to maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud Financials.Key Responsibilities Provide functional and systems support for Oracle Cloud Financials (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.)Support month-end close activities and troubleshoot system/process issuesPartner with finance stakeholders, reporting teams, and technical resourcesSupport OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reportingProvide operational coverage for Phase 1 and Phase 2 initiativesReduce dependency on key team members by offering cross-functional supportAnalyze system issues and recommend enhancementsDocument business processes and system configurationsQualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roleHands-on experience with Oracle Cloud FinancialsStrong knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, etc.Experience supporting month-end closeWorking knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPlussesExperience in healthcare or higher educationExperience in complex, regulated environmentsExperience working with lean teams and competing priorities
