Onsite Location: Scottsdale, AZCompensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annuallyWorkplace Location: Fully OnsitePOSITION SUMMARYAs a Contract Administrator at Cardone Ventures, you will own the complete contract lifecycle management process, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you'll be the central hub for all contract operations, managing workflows from creation through approval, execution, and renewal. You'll ensure seamless contract administration across the entire organization, serving as the key resource for contract-related processes, compliance, and documentation. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (Thomson Reuters/HighQ experience required)Owning end-to-end contract workflows from creation, drafting, and review through approval, execution, and renewal trackingMaintaining a comprehensive and organized contract repository while ensuring version control and document integrityServing as the primary point of contact for all contract administration matters across departmentsProactively tracking contract deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance obligations to prevent lapses and manage riskEstablishing and refining contract administration processes and best practices that scale with organizational growthOBJECTIVESManage the complete contract lifecycle including creation, drafting support, review coordination, approval workflows, execution, and post-execution administrationMaintain and organize the centralized contract repository, ensuring all agreements are properly stored, indexed, and easily retrievableCoordinate contract review and approval processes, managing timelines and communications with all stakeholdersTrack contract milestones including renewal dates, termination clauses, and compliance obligations to ensure timely action and avoid lapsesDevelop and maintain contract templates, approval matrices, and standard processes to ensure consistency and complianceServe as the primary liaison between departments and the legal team on all contract-related mattersMonitor contract performance and flag issues requiring legal review or escalationProvide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer on contract-related initiativesCOMPETENCIESAdvanced expertise in contract management and complete contract lifecycle administrationMastery of contract management systems, particularly Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar platformsExceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail with ability to identify contractual obligations, risks, and compliance requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholdersSystems-thinking mindset with ability to design and implement scalable processes and workflowsProactive problem-solver capable of identifying process improvements and operational efficienciesBusiness-minded approach to supporting operational needs while maintaining legal complianceAbility to work independently and take ownership of contract administration functionEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEParalegal Degree or Certification preferred; Bachelor's Degree preferredProficiency in Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar contract lifecycle management platforms5-10 years of dedicated contract management or contract administration experience in a law firm or in-house legal departmentDemonstrated experience managing contract repositories and document management systems10X TOTAL REWARDSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes:Your Health:Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, a 100% paid EOS Fitness membership, and a 10% discount from Eat Clean Phoenix because when you feel good, you perform at your best.Your Future:401(k) with up to 3% company match, uncapped commission opportunities, and non-sales team members earning $20,000+ annually.
