Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong IT and software engineering background to join our Customer Communications Management (CCM) team. This role focuses on customer communication generation, not just document creation. The candidate has deep, hands-on experience using the Quadient Inspire platform to generate and orchestrate multi-channel customer communications, including documents, emails, reports, and other outbound customer-facing outputs. This role supports high-volume, enterprise communications and requires experience delivering compliant, accessible, and production-grade outputs across multiple formats.Position Details:Location: Alpharetta, GAType: 9+ Month Term Contract $60-70per hourKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform Build and support multi-channel customer communications, including: Printed and digital documentsCustomer emailsReports and other system-generated outputsGenerate and support outputs in multiple industry-standard formats, including: PDF and AFPEnsure all customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirementsImplement data-driven, reusable communication components using Quadient Inspire modules: Inspire DesignerInspire Automation / ScalarInspire InteractiveContent ManagerApprove WorkflowIntegrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements, delivery channels, and compliance needsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance Ensure customer communications comply with security, audit, regulatory, and quality standards Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation Required Qualifications (Must Have) Quadient Inspire Certifications in the following modules: o Inspire Designer o Inspire Scalar o Inspire Interactive5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environmentProven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions, not just templatesStrong understanding of data-driven document compositionSolid programming experience in one or more of the following: Groovy Script, Java Script, Python.Experience working within enterprise IT environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes Required EducationBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered only if Quadient Inspire expertise is strong Preferred / Strongly Desired QualificationsExperience supporting high-volume, customer-facing communicationsExperience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services)Experience with API-based integrations (REST and SOAP)Experience ensuring accessibility and compliance of customer communications (ADA, WCAG)Experience supporting multi-channel output strategies (print, email, digital delivery)SQL skills with experience querying and validating data from relational databasesExperience participating in platform modernization or SaaS/cloud migration initiativesEEO Statement:Blackstone Talent Group is a division of Blackstone Technology Group, a global IT services and solutions firm that implements technological solutions across commercial industry verticals and the US Federal Government.
