Production Supervisor

BOTH Day and Night Shifts are available A growing manufacturing organization is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead day and night shift operations within a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance across the assigned shift.The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, develops strong teams, and continuously improves operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise hourly production employees during assigned shift operationsPromote and enforce a strong safety and quality cultureManage daily production activities to achieve operational, efficiency, and labor goalsResolve production and quality issues in real time while minimizing downtimeProvide coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee developmentOversee staffing coordination, timekeeping approvals, and shift communicationMaintain accurate production documentation and shift reportingPartner with maintenance, engineering, and plant leadership to improve performance and efficienciesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellenceConduct shift meetings and participate in production and safety discussionsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environmentQualificationsUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent manufacturing leadership experienceMinimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment requiredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production settingAdditional InformationDay / Night shift schedule: 7:00 / 7:00Rotating 2-2-3 scheduleWhat the Organization OffersCompetitive compensation packageMedical (from day one), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) savings planPaid time offOpportunity to grow within a stable and team-oriented manufacturing organizationThe organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
