As an energy-saving solutions provider with core competencies in power electronics and automation, Delta's business categories include Power Electronics, Mobility, Automation, and Infrastructure.About the role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Intern- Immigration to support administrative tasks within immigration and HR operations.This is a junior-level role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in learning about U.S. immigration and HR processes.Key responsibilitiesImmigration SupportHelp track immigration cases and update internal trackers Collect and organize documents from employees Send follow-ups for missing information Maintain accurate records and files Support general coordination with internal teams HR SupportAssist with basic HR administrative tasks Help maintain employee records and documents Support I-9 tracking and compliance tasks Assist with simple reports and data entryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in progress or completed (any related field) Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Willingness to learn and take initiative Nice to HaveInterest in immigration or HR Any administrative or internship experiencePreferred QualificationsOrganized and dependable Good at follow-ups Comfortable handling routine tasks Positive attitude and eager to learn What You'll GainExposure to immigration and HR processes Hands-on experience in a corporate environment Opportunity to grow into more responsibilities over time
