The IT Specialist may provide service desk support or project support, giving you the opportunity to troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and lead technical implementations both remotely and on-site.You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring technology aligns with their business needs.
