Reporting to the COO or VP of Operations, this role blends strategy and execution"”owning multi-site P&L performance while driving initiatives that accelerate growth and improve operational rigor.This cross-functional position is ideal for candidates from management consulting, investment banking, or private equity backgrounds who are eager to step into true operating ownership within a fast-growing, sponsor-backed environment. You will collaborate closely with local partners while engaging regularly with senior leadership"”including the CEO, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Strategy "”on high-impact initiatives.
