Sr. Production Supervisor (Pharmaceutical Packaging)

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh area who is hiring a Packaging Supervisor to oversee packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical production environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a strong benefits package and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, quality-driven organization.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day packaging operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining readiness for audits and inspections Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA solutions Author and manage deviations related to packaging activities Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and other departments to support validation and process improvements Prepare, review, and maintain accurate production and quality documentation RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a packaging pharmaceutical production environment Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems within the pharmaceutical industry Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is a plus Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with SAP is highly preferred
