With domestic and international backing, the organization has made focused investments in technology and their team, and are known for an excellent culture and supportive leadership.The team operates in a flexible hybrid work environment with 4 days in office.The RoleThe Senior Accountant will have the opportunity to own the general ledger and financials for multiple entities across the organization, while working with a dynamic team of CPA's and ex-Big-4 professionals, and reports to a rockstar Manager, who is a great mentor! Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 base + 20% bonusKey ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly and quarterly close, including managing income statements and various projects (including pro forma statements) Work with leadership team on preparing budgeting and analyze short/long term liquidityManage routine accounting operations - AP, AR, Revenue, Payroll, Debt, etc. Interact with various internal teams and external vendors/parties (audit team, tax specialists, etc.)Ideal Background2+ years public accounting experience, or related industry exposureCPA trackMust be hands-on and willing to dig in "” not a purely supervisory roleStrong process vision, documentation skills, and detail orientation
