We encourage you to join our extended team as we build something special together!JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Marketing Specialist is a well-rounded marketer confident in supporting the management and execution of sales and marketing activities.This role will include the creation, oversight, and execution support of client and internal marketing strategies. A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, engagement tactics, and algorithms is required. This role is responsible for keeping up-to-date on current marketing trends and technologies, and working closely to bring creativity and tactical expertise into marketing and creative strategic planning on behalf of each client. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support in the overall execution of marketing strategy and supporting marketing team members in the development of brand narrative, email marketing campaigns, and content management.An understanding of data analytics is required to measure, report, and advise on the success of our work and overall strategic direction.RESPONSIBILITIES Working for a creative agency is fun, rewarding, and exciting. Here's what to expect from the day-to-day within this role:Manage client accounts and communications, taking ownership of executing daily marketing responsibilitiesWork collaboratively across core areas of the business, including marketing, creative, and operations teamsSupervise and develop talent within the marketing teamLead team meetings, workshops, or other activities, lead by example, and demonstrate company valuesLead client growth by providing input, oversight, or creation of brand or marketing strategyReview, assess, and apply key insights from data and analytics to aid in client account developmentAccount management and execution of digital tactics on websites, email marketing, social mediaMeet with company leadership to report, inform, and improve strategic decision-makingQUALIFICATIONSWe're looking for an individual who is creative and passionate about using their talents for good.
