This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, workforce accountability, exceptional client service across all branches and leading efforts that grow revenue and expand market presence. The Regional Operations Manager will ensure staffing operations run efficiently, teams are meeting performance goals, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in staffing, operations management, multi-location oversight, and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to solving operational challenges, coaching and developing teams, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.The Company:Radley is a temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire company that operates in the commercial staffing industry and specializes in construction. Our unique method of providing a superior service for our clients has led to awards such as; Inavero's "Best of Staffing - Client Satisfaction" and "Best of Staffing - Talent Satisfaction," multiple listings in the "Houston Business Journal's Fast 100" for the fastest growing privately held companies in Houston and in the magazine "Inc 5000" for the fastest growing privately held companies in the country.Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily operations across two branches, ensuring alignment with Radley Staffing's goals and standardTake ownership of team performance by coaching our talent and holding them accountable to hitting sales quotas and growth goals.Partner with branch teams to ensure operational performance supports sales goals, client satisfaction, and profitability targetsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention, increase account growth, and generate new business opportunitiesDevelop and mentor team members to drive accountability, operational excellence, and alignment with the "Radley Way"Develop and execute strategic plans by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growthDrive continuous improvement in operational processes and service deliveryMonitor branch financial performance (P&L) and take action to achieve revenue and profitability targetsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth opportunitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsBuild high-performing teams with a culture centered around accountability and funReview and execute agreements to support business development effortsMaintain well-organized, efficient, and professional branch office environmentsQualifications:Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire high-performing teamsStrategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communicator with strong business ethics and sound judgmentStaffing industry (temp and temp-to-hire) experience is a plusExperience managing a positive P&LRadley is an equal opportunity employer.
