As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will communicate by phone, email, chat, and in person. From answering product questions to guiding customers through purchases, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding experience. This cross functional role combines customer service and sales, giving you the chance to grow professionally while making a direct impact on our success.What You'll DoAssist customers by phone, email, chat, and in personProvide knowledgeable answers on product features, pricing, and availabilityCreate estimates, process orders, and track shipmentsHandle inquiries about returns, exchanges, warranties, and complaints with professionalismMaintain accurate customer records and update account informationMeet individual and team sales and service goals, generating leads when possibleFollow company communication standards while working independentlyWork flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when neededWhat We're Looking ForEducation: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredExperience: Previous customer service, call center, or collections experienceSkills:Strong verbal and written communicationProficient computer skills, MS Office required, NetSuite experience a plusAbility to handle a high volume of calls and emails dailyTeam oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical, detail oriented, and resourcefulPositive mindset with patience and empathyNote: Employment offers are contingent on passing a background check and drug test.Benefits:Competitive compensation with a commission planAnnual performance review and bonusHealth Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Life InsurancePaid time off and paid holidaysEmployee discount on our productsComplimentary catering when sales goals are accomplishedThe typical pay range for this role is $17-25 per hour plus commission.
