We are committed to fostering growth, both for the individuals we serve and the professionals who deliver our services.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Connecticut. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, training and supporting parents and caregivers, and managing behavior therapists. Responsibilities also include tracking and analyzing data to monitor client progress, providing supervision for team members, and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. Some work can be performed remotely, allowing for a blend of in-office and at-home flexibility.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience with Parent Education and Behavior ManagementStrong foundation in Psychology and child development principlesBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requiredAbility to develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and caregiver interactionProficiency in analyzing data to drive treatment decisions and evaluate outcomesKnowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines in behavior analysisMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
