Associate Veterinarian - Small Animal | Fort Worth, TX | New Grads Welcome$150,000 - $180,000+ DOE | 4-Day Workweek | No On-Call | Part-Time or Full-TimeA well-established Fort Worth clinic under new, independent ownership is looking for its next great veterinarian and the team is building something worth being part of.This is a well-established, full-service small animal clinic in Fort Worth, serving the local community for over 20 years and now under new, independent ownership. The owner is a hands-on veterinarian with 25+ years of clinical experience across general practice and emergency medicine, a genuine passion for mentorship, and a track record of building strong, loyal teams. And if you're an experienced vet ready for a practice that feels like it's going somewhere, the answer is the same.What You will Be DoingDay-to-day, you'll be practicing the full breadth of small animal general medicine in a busy, well-equipped, multi-doctor clinic that handles everything from wellness and preventive care to surgery and dentistry:Wellness exams, vaccinations, and preventive care consultationsDiagnosing and treating medical conditions across a varied small animal caseloadRoutine and soft tissue surgery (spays, neuters, mass removals, and more)Interpreting diagnostics "” bloodwork, urinalysis, radiographs, and ultrasoundDental procedures including extractions and oral health assessmentsBuilding and communicating clear treatment plans with clientsMaintaining thorough medical records (SOAP notes, prescriptions, treatment plans)Working closely with a tenured, experienced support teamGrowing alongside a medical director who is genuinely invested in your developmentYou will be joining an established multi-doctor team, so you'll have clinical colleagues around you from day one.What We Are Looking ForDVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or internationally equivalent)Active Texas veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one prior to startStrong communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approachA collaborative team player who takes pride in their workNew graduates warmly encouraged, mentorship is built into the fabric of this practice, not an afterthoughtTN visa sponsorship available for eligible candidatesCompensation & Benefits$150,000 - $180,000+ DOEBase salary plus production bonusGenerous sign-on bonus4-day workweekNo on-call or after-hours duties2 weeks paid time off401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceAnnual CE allowance plus paid CE daysPaid licensing and professional duesRelocation assistance availableOwnership opportunity (for the right candidate)Exceptional hospital manager and strong, tenured support staffWhy Fort Worth?The DFW Metroplex is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country - a thriving pet-owning population, a lower cost of living than most major metros, and no state income tax.
