Now we're opening a brand new sterile compounding facility, and we're looking for the right person to help lead it.The OpportunityThis isn't a seat-warmer role. We're entering the USP 797 sterile space for the first time, which means the person who steps into this role has a real opportunity to shape something from the ground up. If you've ever wanted to build quality infrastructure at a place that actually listens and moves fast, this is it.You'll report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our pharmacists and technicians every day.What You'll OwnAdherence to and oversight of USP Chapters 795, 797, and 800Quality control and quality assurance across the facilityWriting, executing, and holding others accountable to SOPsBuilding and maintaining a technician training programFormula creation and consolidationNew product implementationSupporting inventory management systemsLeading and assisting with regulatory inspectionsYear One RealityWe'll be honest with you: the first year is heavy. We're dealing with patient lives, and our goal is to do it with the highest quality possible. You'll be planning, implementing, and holding the standard at the same time.
