You will work closely with wealth advisors to deliver high-quality tax compliance services to high-net-worth clients. This role emphasizes client service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with excellent work/life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and sign individual, trust, and business income tax returns for high-net-worth clientsPrepare quarterly tax estimates and projectionsCommunicate clearly and concisely with clients and advisors on all tax mattersPerform tax research and provide timely responses to tax questions and analysisStay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clientsMentor and develop Senior Tax Associates, Tax Associates, and Tax Support staffRequirements5+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent)Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA and/or EA requiredMaster's degree in Tax preferredStrong knowledge of tax code and general accounting principlesExperience with CCH Axcess, Workflow, Practice, and SafeSend a plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyDetail-oriented with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilitiesThis is a client-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families in a supportive, non-traditional accounting environment.
