About the CompanyNewly positioned as a key liaison between field sales and residential marketing. Reports to Director of Marketing & Branding; no direct reports. Highly strategic + executional role focused on retail media partnerships (Home Depot, Lowe's). Strong visibility across Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners. Opportunity to drive measurable revenue impact through omni-channel campaigns and retail media.About the RoleResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual channel marketing plans across product launches, promotions, advertising, and PRManage retail media programs (Lowe's One Roof Media, Home Depot Orange Apron Media)Create and oversee marketing assets (POP, video, sales tools, digital content)Drive lead generation through digital campaigns and marketing automation platformsPartner with field sales to enable tools, processes, and performance improvementsManage digital presence across owned platforms and third-party sitesTrack and report on performance metrics tied to revenue, growth, and channel successLead product training initiatives and support sales enablement effortsExecute trade shows and support national/regional marketing initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agenciesQualifications5+ years of marketing/sales experience (building materials industry preferred)Direct experience with retail media platforms (Lowe's One Roof Media, Home Depot Orange Apron Media)Strong omni-channel campaign execution and digital marketing expertiseExperience supporting field sales and understanding channel dynamicsData-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skillsRequired SkillsExperience with Marketo, Google Data Studio, Dynamics CRM, Adobe Creative CloudFamiliarity with SAP or similar business systemsExperience creating content for both B2C (DIY/DIFM) and B2B audiencesPreferred SkillsCompetitive medical, dental, and vision coverage (Day 1)401K match up to 6%Generous PTO + 12 holidays + parental leaveEducational assistance and career growth opportunitiesWellness perks including fitness reimbursement and EAPBonus eligibleThe salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000.
