A top firm is looking to bring on a Mid-Senior Project Architect / Project Manager to support a growing workload. This is a hybrid position suited for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical production with project coordination and team leadership.The role offers exposure to projects from early design through construction, with opportunities to take ownership of documentation, consultant coordination, and client interaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment and can move fluidly between production work and project oversight.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the delivery of multiple projects across various phasesProducing and overseeing architectural drawings and technical documentationAssisting with project coordination, schedules, and consultant managementParticipating in permitting and regulatory review processesContributing to construction administration, including site visits and field coordinationCollaborating closely with internal teams to maintain design intent and technical qualityMentoring junior staff while remaining actively involved in productionWhat They're Looking ForDegree in ArchitectureRoughly 8-12 years of professional experienceStrong technical background with exposure to project management responsibilitiesExperience working on NYC-based projects and familiarity with local codes and permitting processesProficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus)Construction documentation and construction administration experienceAbility to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teamsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesInterest in long-term growth within a collaborative studio setting
