Generation Interconnection Engineer

Resource Utilization Engineer/ Generation Interconnection Engineer studies and approves the interconnection of new generators to the grid and should have strong experience modeling and performing analysis in PSS/E, TARA, DSA tools and other power flow tools as necessary in order to assist our client in reviewing their material modification reports in order to better understand incoming point of interconnection changes and what their impacts will be on the grid.Requirements:5+ years experience in Power Systems Engineering or related roleBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldUtility/Energy industry experienceExperience with Power Flow tools, PSS/E, TARA, and/or DSAFamiliarity with NERC ComplianceNice to Have:Experience reviewing Material Modification Reports
