About the RoleThe Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will serve as the architect of the company's indirect (B2B2C) distribution strategy. This executive will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact partnership ecosystem that embeds the company's products across mortgage, PropTech, and financial services platforms.Reporting to the President, this role combines enterprise partnerships, technical integration, and revenue growth, with a mandate to help transition the business from a primarily direct-to-consumer model to an ecosystem-led growth strategy.ResponsibilitiesEcosystem Strategy and GrowthDesign and execute a partnership-led growth strategy across key verticals, including mortgage, wealth management, PropTech, and related financial services sectorsIdentify, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships and revenue-sharing agreementsExpand distribution through embedded finance and B2B2C channelsDevelop strategic relationships with platform partners, enterprise clients, and distribution channels that accelerate growthTechnical Integration and Cross-Functional LeadershipOversee the integration of the company's products into partner systems, including APIs, loan origination systems (LOS), and point-of-sale (POS) platformsServe as the primary liaison between external partners and internal product, engineering, legal, and operations teamsStreamline partner onboarding processes, reduce implementation friction, and improve speed to revenueRevenue Operations and Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing strategic partnerships teamEstablish KPIs and governance frameworks to measure partner performance, profitability, and strategic impactDrive pipeline development, partner-sourced revenue, and long-term portfolio performanceAbout You10-15+ years of leadership experience in FinTech, PropTech, mortgage banking, or related industries, including ownership of strategic partnerships at the VP or SVP levelDeep expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and alternative lending productsProven track record of launching embedded finance or API-driven partnerships that generate meaningful revenue growthStrong technical fluency with integrations, loan origination systems, and underwriting platformsExceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with experience structuring complex, high-value agreementsStrategic and data-driven leader with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and scale cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated success building teams and operational processes in high-growth environments
