This position is ideal for a strong hands-on engineer who can contribute immediately to a large-scale voice and collaboration initiative, with a focus on Cisco technologies and Webex Calling (UCaaS).The right candidate will be a do-er first"”someone who can design, configure, troubleshoot, and deploy"”while also providing practical guidance and input to both peers and leadership based on real-world experience.ResponsibilitiesHands-On EngineeringDesign, configure, and support enterprise voice environments using Cisco collaboration technologies Deploy and optimize Webex Calling and UCaaS solutions Work within hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud), including integrations and migrations Troubleshoot complex voice issues across SIP, dial plans, call routing, and endpoints Support ongoing operations, incident resolution, and performance tuning Project ContributionActively contribute to moving project deliverables forward on defined timelines Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute against project goals Identify issues, gaps, or risks and propose practical solutions Advisory & Team SupportShare best practices and provide informal guidance to team members as needed Offer input to leadership on design decisions, trade-offs, and improvements Help document configurations, standards, and repeatable processes Requirements:7+ years of experience as a Voice Engineer in an enterprise environment Deep expertise in Cisco collaboration technologies (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SIP, etc.) Strong experience with Webex Calling / UCaaS platforms Solid understanding of Webex best practices and deployment models Proven troubleshooting and integration experience across complex voice environments Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks Certifications:CCNP Collaboration Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration SaaS Cisco Webex Calling Specialist What We're Looking ForStrong hands-on engineer who enjoys building and solving problems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Able to communicate clearly and offer informed technical recommendations Team-oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge without formal leadership responsibility OpportunityThis role offers the chance to work on a high-visibility voice transformation initiative with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
