Senior UAT & Systems Analyst - Eligibility Systems

Location: Hybrid - Providence, Rhode Island (3 days onsite)Duration: 12+ Months Contract, Hours: 35 hours/weekWe are seeking an experienced User Acceptance Tester / Systems Analyst to support programs and eligibility systems initiatives. The ideal candidate will perform UAT validations, system analysis, KPI/data validations, SQL-based reporting, incident tracking, and business process documentation. This role requires close coordination with state vendors, operations teams, and program administrators to support system enhancements, live case reviews, and integration efforts.Required Skills:5-7 years of experience in UAT, system analysis, and business process documentationStrong SQL/query writing and data validation experienceExperience with test design, execution, and automationKnowledge of UML, RUP, use cases, and process flow documentationExperience with Tableau or other reporting/visualization toolsStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience with social services/eligibility systems (SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, CCAP, LTSS, etc.) preferred
