Job DetailsAffiliate Marketing Manager - EDU B2B GTM Manager (Contract)Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)Hybrid schedule: 2 to 3 days onsite per week at Adobe campusDuration: 1 YearTeam: US Digital B2B GTM GlobalKey ResponsibilitiesJoin Adobe's Education Product Marketing team and help drive digital creativity and fluency for next-generation learners through Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and related offerings.The Sr. GTM Manager for B2B Education is a key member of the global GTM team focused on driving growth across Adobe's B2B Education business.This role requires strong experience in B2B go-to-market strategy, especially within reseller and channel-driven environments.You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and regional teams to execute GTM initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational execution.Required Skills & QualificationsDrive execution of go-to-market strategies by aligning cross-functional teams and enabling channel partnersIdentify new growth opportunities and lead rollout of strategic initiatives across the education businessSupport pipeline growth frameworks across multiple Adobe offerings and routes to marketCollaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing teams to develop enablement content, messaging, and partner-facing materialsDesign and manage channel incentive programs and pricing modelsOwn business tracking, reporting, metrics, and performance management for the segmentPartner with regional and country leaders to localize GTM strategy for global executionAct as a GTM overlay across programs and initiatives to ensure operational alignment and progress.Education & ExperienceBS/BA degree required8+ years of experience in marketing, software, high tech, or management consultingStrong background in B2B GTM strategy and executionExperience supporting reseller or channel partner ecosystems preferredProven ability leading cross-functional initiatives across global teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience using data to drive business decisions and performance optimizationHigh AI literacy with the ability to automate routine tasks using AI tools.Preferred ExperienceB2B SaaS or enterprise software environmentsGlobal go-to-market operationsChannel enablement and partner marketingPricing strategy and incentive program managementCompensation$80.00 to $85.92 per hour.37224796
