Staff Accountant

Salary: Based On ExperienceIs this your perfect fit?Do you enjoy managing inventory data across multiple locations and ensuring numbers tell the right story?Are you comfortable combining operational accounting with month-end close responsibilities?Do you thrive in an on-site role where accuracy, coordination, and follow-through are essential?If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations across multiple operating sites.Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and resolve discrepancies promptly.Partner with internal supply teams, terminals, and vendors to investigate and correct inventory variances.Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory adjustments, swaps, and month-end close activities.Support general ledger accounting through reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and depreciation entries.Provide backup support for other accounting functions and assist with special projects as needed.Benefits offered: Medical, PTO, 401kType: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience2-4 years of experience in accounting with exposure to inventory and operational financeSolid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processesStrong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems, including QuickBooksAbility to manage month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and journal entries accuratelyDetail-oriented, organized work style with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyWe know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
