Growth Partnerships Program Manager (Contract)Team: Growth - PartnershipsLocation: Remote, must be located in the Bay AreaType: Contract (6 months, potential to extend)Rate: $70/hour - $75/hour W2About the RoleThe Sage Group's client, a leading consumer Fintech company, is looking for a Growth Partnerships Program Manager (Contract) to join the Growth team, reporting to the Senior Director, Go-To-Market Marketing. In this role, you'll own operational execution across strategic growth partnerships "” including programs like Boost Mobile, Twitch, and Spotify "” driving cross-functional coordination, campaign activation, and partner-facing deliverables that directly impact member acquisition and engagement.The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a track record of executing partnership or co-marketing programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.In This Role, You WillOwn Day-to-Day Partnership Operations: Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner communications for active programs including Boost, Twitch, and Spotify.Develop and Maintain Workback Schedules: Build and own detailed workbacks for partnership launches, co-marketing activations, and incentive campaigns. Ensure clear ownership, sequencing, and delivery of milestones across teams.Support Leadership Meetings and Storytelling: Drive preparation for partnership reviews, QBRs, and growth leadership updates.Manage meeting cadences, inputs, and timelines.Partner with cross-functional leads to develop decks, narratives, and storylines that communicate progress, risks, and decisions.Drive Partnership Campaign Launches: Lead cross-functional planning and execution for partnership activations. Coordinate across growth marketing, creative, product, legal, compliance, and finance to activate partner programs on time. Includes strategic planning, channel planning, asset development, weekly meeting coordination and action items, collateral tracking, and approvals.Partner Relationship Support: Serve as an operational point of contact for partner teams, helping manage shared timelines, asset delivery, and approval workflows across internal and partner organizations.Operational Excellence: Identify process opportunities and implement scalable solutions that improve speed, collaboration, and accountability across the partnerships and growth marketing organization.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Growth Partnerships and internal partners across Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Creative "” as well as external partner marketing teams "” to align goals, dependencies, and timelines.Budget & Resource Coordination: Track partnership budgets, incentive spend, and co-marketing investments against targets. Partner with Finance to ensure programs are planned and executed within budget.To Thrive in This Role, You Have5-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally within marketing, partnerships, or operations at a tech, fintech, or consumer brand.Experience working on brand or distribution partnerships, co-marketing programs, or affiliate/rewards programs.Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, including external partner teams.Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership forums and external partner QBRs.Comfort working with external partners and agency contacts, not just internal stakeholders.Experience managing complex workbacks and timelines for multi-track campaigns and launches.Ability to build trust and influence across teams without direct authority.Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or equivalent).Fintech, consumer tech, or partnerships experience a plus.A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
