A top Financial Services company is seeking a Head of Transitions to lead the full onboarding and integration lifecycle for newly recruited Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals. This individual will play a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless advisor transitions, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, and driving long-term advisor success through operational excellence and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end transition and onboarding process for newly recruited Financial Professionals, from recruiting handoff through full integration.Manage and mentor Transition Team members while overseeing advisor onboarding timelines, operational workflows, and service delivery.Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Compliance, Operations, Supervision, and Technology teams to ensure smooth transitions and advisor readiness.Coordinate account transfers, licensing and registration processes, technology setup, training, and operational support.Build strong relationships with advisors and their staff while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the transition lifecycle.Drive process improvements across onboarding, advisor integration, and transition workflows to enhance efficiency and advisor satisfaction.Monitor advisor progress, conduct follow-ups, identify service gaps, and implement solutions to improve the overall advisor experience.Qualifications:5+ years of financial services experience within a Broker-Dealer or RIA environment.2+ years of transition management, onboarding, or advisor integration leadership experience.Strong understanding of brokerage operations, advisor onboarding, account transfers, and financial services products.Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments.Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.Experience working with CRM systems and workflow management tools preferred.Active FINRA Series 7 or Series 99 required; Series 9/10 or Series 24 strongly preferred.
