We charge for craft output, not craft hours. It is the actual operating system.The roleSenior Digital Marketing Manager owning Paid and Organic across client accounts. You report to Victoria Aguirre, who runs Client Delivery (Creative, Design, Digital, Strategy under one roof). You manage specialists and bring in freelance support when scope demands.You are the audience proxy in client meetings. The person who pulls the room back to "how does this look from the outside in" when the team is 9 layers deep. You are also the operator who can open a Looker Studio dashboard at 4pm on a Friday and tell the client what is actually happening with their pipeline before they ask.What the job actually looks likeLead the strategy. SEO, paid, content, all tied to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue. Not vanity metrics. Run client presentations that make executives feel smarter when they leave the room. Partner with Brand, Strategy, and Web so messaging, creative, and analytics actually compound.Run the team. Mentor sharper analytical thinking. Not slide skills. Not status emails. Real campaign judgment.Build the system. QA standards for every dashboard. Pulse checks between reporting cycles so we surface optimizations before clients ask. Find the AI shortcuts that free your team for the work that matters.What you bring6 to 10+ years in digital. Real chops in SEO, paid, and analytics. Not "I've managed an agency that did SEO." You.3+ years leading teams and client relationships. Agency experience preferred, but big agency lifers will struggle here. We move fast, decisions happen in Slack, and there is no media planner two cubes over.Analytical mind. You connect campaign data to pipeline and revenue. You have killed a campaign because the math didn't math, even when the client liked the creative.Toolkit: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max), GSC, SEMrush or Ahrefs, GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, LinkedIn and Meta paid. Pinterest a plus.You don't need to be a Claude power user yet. You need to want to be one. Within 90 days you will be running a Cowork session every morning, building skills, and connecting LLMs to the systems that run your accounts. We train the curious.
