Title: Senior Systems Engineer IV - WiFi OperationsPay Rate: $45-$55 per hourLocation: Greenwood Village, Colorado, United StatesHybrid: 4 days onsite and 1 day remoteContract: 6 monthsJob Description:Insight Global's telecom client is seeking a senior-level resource to support large-scale 5G HMNO CAPEX initiatives, specifically across Core and RAN environments. This individual will be responsible for release management, Core and RAN platform upgrades, and onboarding new 5G network capabilities, ensuring successful deployment and performance of 5G systems.Job Responsibilities:• Own release management lifecycle for large-scale 5G deployments across Core and RAN• Lead network upgrades and CAPEX-driven implementations, including platform evolution and capability onboarding• Oversee end-to-end system integration, including validation, deployment, production rollout, and stabilization• Develop and manage release plans, standards, and rollback procedures• Assess system performance and integration readiness prior to release• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute release initiatives• Identify and mitigate system risks, dependencies, and deficiencies impacting network performance• Drive continuous improvement across release processes, automation, and deployment efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications or related field• Strong experience with 5G Core and/or RAN environments• Proven experience in release management and deployment lifecycle for large-scale systems• Deep understanding of 5G architecture and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)• Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, OpenShift)• Working knowledge of Linux and AnsibleNice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience supporting large-scale HMNO environments• Background in network automation or deployment optimization
