We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a construction company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position that is focused on foundational bookkeeping and operational support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a highly detail-oriented, design-conscious environment and can bring structure, organization, and financial clarity to the office. Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a polished, organized, and professional environment Assist in coordinating internal processes in a design-focused, detail-driven construction environment Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Answer phones and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and vendors Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination Maintain organization of documents, job files, and internal systems Provide administrative support to ownership and the operations manager Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations Partner with external CPA to ensure financials are accurate and up to date Qualifications:4-10 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a similar hybrid role Experience in construction industry a plus Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Ability to self-manage and remain very organizedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHours:Monday to Friday (standard business hours) Onsite Permanent/Direct Hire Benefits: Paid Holiday and PTO Health Insurance stipend Compensation:$55-70k depending on experience
