Baer is looking for IAM and Security Enablement Delivery Lead for a 6+ month project located in Atlanta, GA.Title: IAM and Security Enablement Delivery LeadLocation: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (onsite 3 days/week)Duration: 6 monthsRate: All-InclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2COverviewThe IAM and Security Enablement Delivery Lead is responsible for driving delivery, coordination, and prioritization across Identity and Access Management (IAM) and broader security initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and auditable identity services while supporting cybersecurity, SAP security governance, and enterprise access management programs.Description:Lead delivery and coordination of IAM initiatives including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, and governance.Partner with IAM engineering, security, infrastructure, SAP, and application teams to translate business and security requirements into execution plans.Manage multiple IAM and security workstreams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.Maintain and prioritize security program roadmaps and backlogs based on risk, operational needs, and business impact.Support SAP security and governance activities including SAP role design, SAP Fiori role development, and least-privilege access alignment.Coordinate cross-functional teams to support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and security control improvements.Track project risks, dependencies, and delivery progress while communicating updates to stakeholders.Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and transition initiatives from project-based execution to sustainable operational capabilities.Requirements:5+ years of experience in IAM, information security, enterprise IT, or technology delivery roles.Experience coordinating cross-functional technical projects or product delivery initiatives.Foundational understanding of IAM concepts including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, access provisioning, authentication, and role management.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Experience in consulting or advisory environments such as Big 4 firms is highly preferred.Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CAPM preferred.Experience with SAP security, SAP Fiori roles, and IAM governance frameworks is a plus.Comfortable working onsite in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor's Degree.Company Overview:Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
