Position: Billing SpecialistLocation: Corona, CA (Onsite)A well-established family law firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join its team in Corona, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the firm's billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring attorney time entries, and supporting overall financial processes within the firm.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred3+ years of billing experience (legal billing experience preferred)Experience in a law firm setting, preferably family lawStrong understanding of billing procedures, invoicing, and accounts receivableProficiency with billing and case management softwareStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and organizational skillsSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $90,000.
